  * Revert "use debhelper compat level 14 for the CMake support" and:
    - debian/libzstd{-dev,1}.install: Add dh-exec shebang, chmod +x
    - debian/libzstd-dev.install: Fix build path for CMake targets
  * Revert "Drop the symbols file" and use new config to hide static symbols
    (see pull !2501 for discussion about this change merged into zstd 1.5.1):
    - debian/rules: Add ZSTDLIB_STATIC_API=ZSTDLIB_HIDDEN to dh_auto_build
  * Revert "... remove renamed ZSTD_CCtxParam_*" for backwards compatibility:
    - Revert "Remove 0018-Alias-renamed-API-symbols.patch" and rebase patch
  * Update symbols from build logs (many changes, many static symbols removed)
  * debian/rules: Invoke dh_auto_configure once (not needed twice with CMake)
    - Change DH_CMAKE_CONFIGURE_OPTS -> DH_AUTO_CONFIGURE_OPTS to actually use
      options set for dh_auto_configure (seemingly a typo in Debian package)
    - Add override_dh_missing target with --fail-missing (compat level < 13)
  * debian/control: Set debhelper-compat (= 11) BD and add dh-exec BD
