Edit /etc/apt/preferences.d/britco-main
Package: *
Pin: release o=LP-PPA-britco-main
Pin-Priority: 600

Or shorthand: echo -e 'Package: *\nPin: release o=LP-PPA-britco-main\nPin-Priority: 600' > /etc/apt/preferences.d/britco-main

Update package list
apt-get update

Install the packages you need
apt-get install nginx ...
