Is there any plugin for reading notes with voice synthesizer like 'espeak'?

It would be great if i can select some lines of text in note and simply click 'Read' button :)

Such a plugin would be easy enough if there is an external command to
do the actual synthesis we can feed the text to.

If you have a details on how this could work and a way to call text to
speach with an external program please file a feature request in the
bug tracker.
