Is it possible to put links in images?

I have a number of images that I would like to add links to. For example, I might have a screenshot of an app's window, and I would like the user to be able to click on different parts of the screenshot and be taken to the page describing that feature of the app. So if the user clicks on the part of the screenshot that shows a particular button, the link takes the user to the page describing what the button does. Is there a way of doing that within Zim?
