Avoid git console blinking

Hi,
Zim 0.67 + version control plugin, Windows Seven

I configured version control to save automatically (every 10 mins) my notebook using git.
The saving works as expected but the git command launched by the Zim plugin opens a windows console that closes immediately. It blinks and is very distracting for the eyes.

Is there a way to avoid this phenomena ?
