Journal Plugin - Monthly index summary

Hi,

I'm using the Journal Plugin with the weekly page.
Now in the Index overview I have all the weeks below the year (Journal:2017:Week 20, Week 21, etc.) but I would like to group all the weeks under the month they belong to (Journal:2017:06:Week 20,Week 21 | Journal:2017:07:Week 22, Week 23,...).

In case of "over-month" weeks I would still assume that the division per week has the priority over the division per month. Otherwise it would be helpful to create a rule priority option. For example: grouping the week under the month with more represented days or depending on which month is the first day of the week.

If this is impossible to achieve automatically I will just redirect manually the weeks, a bit of hand work but still feasible.

request in the bug tracker.
