You can convert sub-pages into pages by dragging them as well, but It can be a little bit tricky.

Grab a sub-page by left clicking on in it and holding left mouse button pressed.
Initially the background color of page line will change to blue.
If you move the cursor, keeping left mouse button pressed, the page name line will be detached.
The page name will be surrounded by a white box.
Move the detached box slowly in direction of your right hand, and then up and down, always slowly.

You will observe that when detached box is exactly between two pages a black line shows up in front of detached box.
Ok. Now keep attention to the lenght of the black line.

If the black line is shorter then the page name imediately above and you release the mouse button, the page you are dragging will be moved as a sub-page of the page above.

But, if the black line has same lenght of the page name above and you release the mouse button, the page you are dragging will be dropped as a page in the same level of page above.

It seems to be complicated, but it doesn't. It is just a matter of adjusting your sensibility to the graphical interface. After some training it will be easy for you to move pages up and down in the hierarchy.

Can you help with this problem?
