This website was written in Zim !

Not sure how generic this template can be used. The style sheet is almost identical to the style sheet in the "Default" template. The menu items and logo are specific for zim. But should be straight forward to make a similar layout based on the Default template.

for me, to have the template to see how it is done would be very useful...

As I said it is very straight forward, you take the html and replace the part between <!-- main --> and <!-- /main --> with this template instruction:

    <!-- main -->
    <h1 class="header">Zim - A Desktop Wiki</h1>

    <h2>[% page.heading %]</h2>

    [% page.body %]

    <!-- /main -->

that website template and css. Otherwise check the templates used for
export for examples.
