Possible to set default image size when pasting?

It's somewhat cumbersome to right-click images and resize everytime -- is there anyway to specify a default image size or to write and paste code directly that embeds the desired image size? For example, something html-ish like:

<img src="C:\User\Zim\myImage.jpg" alt="My Image" height="42" width="42">

I would prefer a code solution if possible, so macros can be made easily.
