How to show 'ordered list' of tags

Can give precise details of versions, etc., if needed.

I'm using the tag plugin, which show a list of all the tags in a pane to the left. But if I click on one of the tags, it shows just some subset of the tags (which subset is another question). How do I get back the original list?

The tags plugin documentation briefly mentions an 'ordered list', which sounds like what I want, but gives not even a clue how to switch back to that.
