FeatureWish: convert page section in sub-page

When a section grows too long, it isoften desired to convert in into a sub-page.
So my proposal:
If the section title has a WikiWord, the context menu shall show a entry "convert to sub-page".
It shall perform:
* create a sub-page "WikiWord"
* insert a link "* +WikiWord" in the origin page
* move all content of the section to the new page.
