Sort ToC by Occurence

Asked by Timmie

I am collecting a series of Pages for later publishing.

For this purpose, I would liek to sort the Pages below a certain page in ToC not alphabetically but rather by occurence.

Is that possible?

I'm sorry but I'm not sure what you are asking. Can you give examples ?

Sorry, I did not mean Zim ToC, but rather Zim Index (left side).

it sorts by alphabtical order.

In order to have:

/Root
Introduction
Prerequisites
GettingStarted
IntoDetails
Conclusion

I would need to prepend these with a section number.

Or did I just not understand a the concept of the Index?

There is an open request in the bug tracker to for sorting the index
other than alphabetically, e.g. by creation date, or by custom order.
This is on my list for a future release, but not yet implemented at
this moment.

Regards,

Jaap
