Zim

case-insensitive search

Asked by Haz

In Zim 0.43 (Ubuntu 10.04 repos) the search is case-sensitive which often means having to search 2 or 3 times to be sure that something isn't there. Certainly for me it would be much more convenient if the search was not case-sensitive by default. A checkbox could be provided on the search panel to make the search case-sensitive when required.
If this has not already been done in more recent versions, should I submit this as a bug so it can be tagged for the wishlist?

INVALID - don't know how I can delete it? Seems caused by notebook having been created in older version and not getting updated until I looked in Help

Please update your version of zim. Latest release is 0.56 and both
search and find are case insensitive.

P.S. our PPA packages should work fine for Ubuntu 10.04 ("lucid"
package), see the download page

I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you mean with the update :

"""

"""

Please put replies as comments, not as updates of the description.
