Index shows too few entries?

Hi, I am new to Zim, but I found that the index is sometimes very buggy, does not show all entries for all pages, shows a tool-tip where no entry is, entries disappear suddenly, etc. I encountered this behavior several times. I didn't find any mentioning of it here, so I wonder if I missed something? Also, I don't know how to recreate or report this bug, but I think I will try to have zim running in debug mode by default, so I have the logs when these problems appear again.

What version of zim are you using ?

I have been unsing v0.43, 0.46 and 0.47 on both Ubuntu 10.04 and Win Xp. I think I saw these problems in all three versions.

For 0.43 you can see quite some issues. For 0.46 much less and for 0.47 it should be stable. If you see issues in 0.47 please report them in the bug tracker.

Be aware that when switching between versions the index may need to be re-build. If something goes wrong there you can repair it by running "zim --index" from the command line.
