Zim

Export into single file

Asked by ScubbX

Hello!

It would be very useful to be able to export the complete content to one single file for e.g. printing purposes.

For quite some time, I have been using "LexiCan" (a similar application for Windows, www.lexican.net). Actually, this was the only program that stood against moving to Linux for me. ;-) But Zim seems to offer a very similar set of functions - except printing/exporting the entire collection at once.

Just one other thing: In LexiCan, one can export to *.chm, which is very convenient. I don't know, whether there is any tool to generate *.chm files in Linux or not, but since one only needs a set of *.htm files and an index (which should be available in Zim?) to create CHMs, it should be possible then?

Great Program!

Please use the bug tracker to file feature requests.
First one is here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/zim/+bug/380851

Second one is a new request I think.
