Transfering notebooks and attached/linked files between computers

Is the following method a proper way of moving data between computers?

1. Copying notebook folder and document root folder from computer A to computer B
2.Adding new notebook on computer B and during creation selecting notebook folder from step 1 as "Folder"
3.Opening newly added notebook and in File>Properties selecting document root folder from step 1. as a 'Document Root'.

Will this work as a method for transfering zim notebooks and attached/linked files between computers?? Will everything be preserved?

Yes. The visible files in the notebook folder contain all data of
notes and attachments. Copying these files to another computer will
work as expected.
