Use of the Voronoi method and block modeling

Asked by Su Huanyu

Dear users
I am a beginner user of YADE use.I have questions for you about Voronoi modeling.1、Is it possible to use the YADE software to model the block block discrete elements and which source files need to be modified. I tried to use the block crushing module that comes with YADE, but there are slight discrepancies with the model I am trying to build. In this literature is done using other open source discrete element software for development. For some other reason, I need to use YADE to complete my follow-up work. So I would like to ask which source files need to be modified to complete this modeling.2、Or can I modify an existing block module so that when it breaks it doesn't go through the center of mass compulsorily, but breaks randomly, presenting the randomness of the fissure evolution.

Hi, I am moving this question to the YADE project. But note that the YADE project now mentions "**Yade Answers has now migrated to gitlab, please direct all your questions to https://gitlab.com/yade-dev/answers/-/issues, where we are waiting to help you**". So you may have to post your questions there.
