alphaKr, alphaKtw in CohFrictMat

Hello my friend ,I want to model bending stiffness and torsional stiffness for a material with CohFrictMat. but I don't know how to use these four parameters .please explain about these alphaKr, alphaKtw, etaRoll, etaTwist and how do I set them up for rubber .
