Permeability of non-spherical (e.g. polyhedral) particles packing

Would you please let me know is it possible to use the PFV model for obtaining the permeability of non-spherical (e.g. polyhedral) particles packing?

I am grateful for any hints or insights into this issue.

Please review the paper to see how the geometrical considerations are accounted for in poisseuille equation:

It seems to me that the force estimates and hydraulic radius would need to be customized by you.
