the way for back-up

is there any way to save a file (e.g.: .yade.bz2) or other back-up for later use if i close the programme by mistake

Hello,

saving can be done in several ways depending on the definition of "back-up for later use", e.g. O.save [1], export module [2], VTKRecorder [3], ...

i mean if the computer is dead ,and i have to restart the computer ,but the programme is still running. So is there any methods for recording the before model so that i can continue running it or loading the sample .
