an installation problem

i try to install 2021.01a yade on the cloud computing platform.
But there is a problem about prerequisites, which is from pkg-pfv.

Error: 'pyresetlinearsystem is not a member of 'yade: periodicvettexinfo, yade::CGT::PeriodicTesselation<yade::CGT::_.........

The platform is created by a company in China. i'm not sure what kind of system. and i asked the programmar to install the yade 2021.01a.
this is the website of the company. i think they install it by cmake

That company will have to find out the problem or report it.
I don't know that we can fix problems when we are completely blind on the OS+install procedure.
