plot broken bonds in paraview

Asked by Li Zeng

Dear all,

I already got the intrs.vtu file and moment.vtu file from my simulation. In paraview I choose eventNumber and momentEventNum to show the relationship between moment and broke bonds.
But at the beginning, it shows all interactions. and then change the color of the broken bonds. For better observation, I want just to see the broken bonds. Then for the color map of interactions, I choose: enable opacity mapping for the surface. It works well but at the beginning, it shows some points of momentEventNumber but without the lines of IntrEventNumber. In my opinion, when moments appear, intr must also exist. So I am not sure where is the problem. Can someone help me?

best regards,
Li ZENG

I am sorry I am having trouble following this. Please review [2] and then provide the missing information.

>Then for the color map of interactions, I choose: enable opacity mapping for the surface.

Probably not the best way to do this. Use thresholding instead. [1]

>In my opinion, when moments appear, intr must also exist.

Tough to help you without an MWE. [2]
