why do the particles escape from the box?

Hi,
I make some particles and build a box with an open face using potential blocks,and I want these particles to deposit in the box under the power of gravity.But the particles keep falling and rebounding in the box.How to solve this?

for this kind of situation, it's due to the stiffness of the wall and timestep.

since you didn't provide us with the MWE, this is just my own experience.
