How does Yade run the script?

Hello

I am trying to run the script but I am little confused on how yade run it. Is the command in the "O.engine" part looped and the other part of the script just run for 1 time?

I want to say "yes". And I will attempt to qualify with: O.run() indicates how many times O.engines list is looped.

Some very gracious person already highlighted all this with pretty pictures and bullets [1].
