dynamic and static frictionAngle

Asked by jamespaul

Hi,

I know that the coefficient of dynamic friction is different from the coefficient of static friction. Why can you only set an frictionangle in material?

Thanks,

James

Hi,

Because the developers of FrictMat code (if this is the material you're referring to) never decided to distinguish between dynamic friction and static friction.
