please read [1].

Have you tried some simple example with two cylinders?

If no, please proceed step-by-step, i.e. trying a simpler example first. AFAIK "true cylinder - true cylinder" contact is not implemented in Yade..

If yes, please describe more in detail what was the problem applying the knowledge from the simple example to gravity deposition.
