coupling yade with comsol - non isothermal flow

Asked by Rioual

Hello,

I am thinking of using YADE with COMSOL-multiphysics to introduce a non isothermal flow coupled with particle
dynamics. Is it possible to use ICY package (**) ?? has it been tested in different situations?
(**) see:

Thanks very much for your enlightments,

Fr.

Hello,

ICY is not supported by the Yade community at the moment (because it is not included in the source code). Despite this, it appears the author of that paper released all the necessary code in addition to an instruction guide with his publication. Have you looked at those?

Cheers,

Robert
