Inspect button not working

Hi,

I'm having some problem opening the inspect window. An error message pops up every time saying "QgridLayout Object has no attribute setMargin. I'm running Ubuntu 16.04 with parallel desktop. The version of yade i installed is the stable one 1.20.

Any help is appreciated

Hello, I would suggest to first try yadedaily, the most recent version.
There is no real good in using an older version usually.

Hi Bruno,

Thanks for the reply, I've just installed the yadedaily, however, the inspect button still won't work.
Any idea i can fix the problem?

I have no idea personally. Could be that it needs a few changes to work with Qt5.
Is it a problem related to a particular simulation or do you have the same problem in empty yade sessions?

Lately, we have seen some issues with Qt5 and 16.04 :-/. It is probably worth filing a bug report at this point.
