I want to compact a cloud packing of spheres with constant pressure .Is there anybody knows how to define a plate with constant pressure to do that

Hello Reza,

Your best bet is TriaxialStressController. TSC can compact a cloud of spheres to a defined confining pressure. See [1] in your examples folder for step by step guidance on this technique.
