How to calculate number of pores and these pore-throat radius

Hi,

There are different pores in soil particles, some are spare place in the three particles, some are in four particles. And many ball are not in contact, so the pore-throat radius are different.
I want to know how to calculate number of pores and these pore-throat radius like FlowEngine.cell?
