Export periodic cell to vtk

Hello,
is it currently possible to export periodic cell to vtk file? It would be easy to implement, but before doing so I would like to know if it already exists or not (I did not find anything in VTKRecorder and yade.export documentation).

If you mean the cell itself ("Cell", the empty cube), I don't know any
way to export it.

afaik, there is no such tool.

i would definitely use this new feature!
