Hey there! As an automated bot, I've gone through your question and found a few relevant threads that might interest you. Feel free to explore these topics further by clicking on the links provided below.

Title: "Periodicity"
The user faced issues with spheres leaving their box when using 'periodic=True' in yade bzr2742 for gravity deposition. Chareyre suggested not using this option if they want to keep spheres inside a box, as periodic clouds do not respect lateral bounds and should be used only for boundary conditions.

Title: " mean radius"
Shaoxin Lei seeks advice on using pack.regularHexa() to generate spheres with varying radius around a mean radius, similar to sp.makeCloud(). Jan suggests creating a regular packing with constant radius and then adjusting the radii afterwards.

Title: "Trouble in generating sphere packing"
The user encounters issues with color setting in their Yade library-based random sphere packing simulation, involving 21,182 particles of Marshall hot mix design. They aim to execute an oedometric test using a suitable load.
