Username/password after install in Xubuntu

After i had installed my Xubuntu 7.04 - booted on CD - I was asked for username and PW. But i had nothing too give. Is it ment to be some hazzarduos gessing before you kan enter the system.
What had possibly got wrong?

Hello,
Thank you for your question. At the beginning of the install, it prompted you to enter your information including your name, your username, your password, and your computer's hostname. Here is a good link on how to change your password if you do not remember it:
