[XFCE] No tray icon

Sometimes Xpad starts too fast and the taskbar of the DE (XFCE) might not
be loaded yet. You can test this by starting Xpad manually from the command
line (after you are sure Xpad is not running). If it does show the tray
icon by manually starying, you might try to add a delay of 1 or 2 seconds
for Xpad. Xpad has a possibility for this in the preferences.

I added a delay but it didn't make a difference.
In the terminal I have this:

(xpad:11938): dbind-WARNING **: 10:32:14.457: Couldn't register with accessibility bus: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

I doubt that the warning message is related to the tray icon.
A bit of searching brought me to the AT SPI bus which is not enabled.
