Is it possible to have a multiple font sizes in a single document?

I'd like the ability to have simple formatting options such as a HEADER font (which is larger and possibly a different size) than the regular text.

Is currently a way to have multiple font sizes in a single document?

My system info:
Ubuntu 16.04
Xpad 4.5

Hi Joe,

Xpad does not have the ability to have different font types or font sizes in a single pad.

However, it is possible to change the font type and size in the preference of a pad.
Right click on the pad -> [Edit] -> [Layout].
