Is there a way to change the window size?

Asked by 900hailwood

This is not an issue but a question, I would be happy by changing the window size of a note using my mouse or automatically based on the lenth of the content, is there a way?
Regards.

It is possible, but it is not very user-friendly.

You can change the size on the windows on the fly by first 'undecorating' the window: pad -> preferences -> view -> Show window decorations. After that you can drag the size with the mouse on the corner.

Alternatively you can change the size of an individual pad by editing its properties file: ~/.config/xpad/info-xxxxx and change width and height values.

To set the default size of new pads, you can edit the file: ~/.config/xpad/default-style.
