Any way to reorganize a playlist?

I notice that there is the ability to drag items around in the layout region playlist. However, moving the items around does not result in the items being reorganized. Is this by design or am I just screwing up something?

BTW, 1.1 series is lookin' pretty good. Much tighter interface!

There's a bug though that means it doesn't work on media where there are duplicates in the timeline (ie the same video added twice): http://wiki.xibo.org.uk/wiki/Manual:Layouts:Design#Changing_the_Region_Timeline
