I know that Xibo 1.1.0 has defferent language options built in but where you actually change that ?

If you set the desired language in the browser you are using Xibo will detect that and switch to that language if it is available.

Yes, append &lang=code to your URL, for example:

index.php?p=index&lang=fr

Would force French
