Unable to delete display

hi i have problem deleteing a display record under management>display tab. when i press delete and select yes, an application message would pop up saying : "Cannot delete this display. You may unlicense it to hide it from view" ? i tried editting the display but it wont help =[

Hi Clay

Once you've added a client and done anything to it, it's impossible to delete it.

If you set it to be unlicensed, it won't then show up elsewhere in the system (ie the Schedule page), but it will continue to show in the Display Manager.

thx for the response. i have another issue bout display. how come when i use another client which is installed on another PC to register to the server, the old record got replaced by the new one instead of being added as a new record itself? because xibo is supposed to support more than 1 client am i right?

Hi Clay

Please try to keep one thread per question otherwise it gets confusing.

The PCs your using are probably clones of one another - that is Windows was put on the hard drive by Clonezilla, Ghost or similar. This means they have identical IDs.
