Suggestion for Download.

As well as EDIT and Delete buttons on the Library can I make a suggestion to be able to download media from the Library?

I wanted to retrieve the 'Bad' Background I had (as I deleted the original)

It maybe needed to download some media , edit it and the upload it as versions 2.0
