Display Registration

In case others are testing.
I couldn't register my Display after the Initial setup of the server.
I had not created a Layout and so the display registration failed.
You must first create a layout to be able to assign as the default layout.
It would be nice if the Initial Install included a SAMPLE TEMPLATE that could be used to register the display.
Mines up and running now.
