change english default language

I would like to set my server to finch language by default..

On my mac through my safari i always have english language..

I change en_GB in fr_FR but it is always in English..

What i have to do to proceed ?? do i need to download translation ?

Can you help me ??

We've moved support over to Github. Please see the FAQ for a link.

With 1.7.1 you can set a default language in the main settings page, or set
your browser for French (fr) and then it will switch automatically
