Clients only showing background

I have exhausted hours trying to solve this! Both Android and Windows clients are only displaying the background. No regions are showing. I have set long and show times, applied the loop setting, tried different kinds of content on the timeline. Nothing!

What am I missing!

It looks fine in the preview, ie all regions showing.

Images are now working but nothing text based (ticker, Twitter, text)
