Asked by Jerome Buholzer

When I klick on the menu of one of these layout parts nothing happens.
Here's a screenshot of the menus which I'm talking about:

We used Xibo version 1.4.2 for a long time and now I updated it to 1.6.4 and it doesn't work anymore. With version 1.5.2 the same Problem. And I couldn't manage to update to 1.7 beta (there was the following error when I tried to update: "[SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1366 Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'backgroundImageId' at row 1]").
Tested on Firefox, IE and Chrome.

When you upgraded did you install into a new folder? It looks like you have some legacy files preventing the form from opening correctly.

I had to install it on a new PC and I copied everything from the old machine to the new one but the folders got the same names.

I just tried to use a fresh Xibo Installation and connect it to the old database and the following message appeared:

Aaaaand I guess I just fixed it...
I copied the settings.php to a new Xibo installation folder and deleted the upgrade.php and installation.php and it works now...
Is there anything that might be important which is not in the settings.php and could go lost with this "fix" I just figured out?

Your "fix" is fine - you are using the fresh installation against the old database... incidentally those are the upgrade instructions in the release notes :-)

Can you help with this problem?
