Web video works if you don't adjust anything

I'm trying to run the traffic camera if i just put it in and don't change any settings it works.

but if i try to center and scale the video to the screen it fails, any idea's?

Nevermind it works 1st play then i get the same error as if i adjust it.

Error Loading Player
Could not load player configuration.

This happens with flash video's a lot, I'm trying to run them as webpages.

If it is a standard video stream (RTSP) you should be able to play it by referencing the URL in the local video module.

Can you help with this problem?
