Windows client, fade dont work

Hi.. I have layout with 2-3 pictures and have set fade in/out to 1000... This work perfectly on the Android client.. When i was trying this now on to windows client, but the fade is not showing....

The Computer iam running is
Intel ATOM D525 1.8Ghz with Nvida ION video Card

Is this not good enough HW ?

Ok.. Thanks...

Also video playing is not smooth ? this this not good Video card or is the CPU to slow?

You need to make sure that the video you're running is supported for
hardware acceleration by your graphics card, and that the drivers are up to
date and working
