Uploaded image file not showing in the Library

I've uploaded an image file and put it in a layout and that seemed to work fine. I then wanted to put it into another layout, but when I go into the library, the file is not there. I tried to upload the file again, but it will not allow me to upload the file, it tells me the file already exists. I double checked the library again, and it still doesn't show up in the list.

Can this be fixed?

Check the filter options you've got on your library view. You can set it so
it only shows videos for example.

What version are you running. Is it a fresh installation or an upgrade?

I'm not in charge of the back end of xibo, so I can't say re how fresh it is!

It's a problem I have with just one of the images, everything else seems okay, aside from one or two problems I've had with not be able to change the duration of a video play.

I've now saved the file under a different name and uploaded it and that works fine, but have no idea where the original is lurking!

It *might* have been that someone uploaded a revision to your image, completely replacing it with a new image but leaving the old one there for use on layouts that already had it assigned.

Can you help with this problem?
