Xibo Layout Workflow

Hi Support,

We are evaluating xibo CMS for a month now. We just want to ask if we can have a workflow for layout. This means that if a normal user will create layout, there is a validation request from a higher users (say group admin) before this layout will be published on the player.

Please let us know how and when we can have this feature.

The way to do that at the moment is to ensure that your layout designer user does not have permissions to edit the display's - the higher level user can then check the layout before scheduling.

We don't have any plans to add an "authorisation" queue to layouts/media - if you want this added please create a blueprint for it describing how you would like it to work.
