Videos randomly do not load

Hi,

I've encountered a problem with a Xibo layout randomly not displaying videos (and no matter what I try can't seem to figure out the problem). I am using version 1.6.2 with a Windows client with multiple displays.

If I set-up multiple regions with this layout with just photos, it works perfectly. As soon as I add a video to the layout, it often won't initially load or it will play once and not loop. I have it timed with the other regions on my layout.

For example, I'm currently trying to having a .mp4 video take up half of my display and set up the region to 283 seconds long (the length of the video). The photos I add around it don't rotate or anything so I have set them to 283. It will sometimes randomly work (like 1 in 10) just by changing out the photos around it.. the odd thing is that the photos are all saved with the same presets from a Photoshop export (JPEG/GIF, etc).

Any idea what could be causing these problems?
