I ran the ubuntu client installation and selected option #1: response=> E: package "flashplugin-installer" has no installation candidate

I run 'sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer'
response => E: package "flashplugin-installer" has no installation candidate

any suggestions?

If that's on Ubuntu 12.04 then you probably need to enable the universe
repository first

And it's definitely Ubuntu 12.04 32bit Desktop - not say 14.04?

I don't know what that is - but is this on ARM hardware by any chance?

Only 32 bit x86 processors are supported
